Ripoff OVER CHARGE DONT SEND DETAILED BILLS mistreated and ripped off

I purchased two phones one bill was ok but the other was very wrong. The phone which was mostly used at night, Iam receiving $400.00 bills for. Irepeatedly asked for a detailed bill and never got one. I have not made a payment and it is making my credit bad. The phone has been turned off and they are still charging a monhly access charge.
