They quoted us a price per what we wanted to have done. When they came for the move they had a rent-a-truck. The movers had NO idea what they were doing. They destroyed and ruined our treasured and priceless items. No clue and no concern at all as to how to package and protect our product from being damaged. They were more concerned with the presentation of contracts and trumping up the moving cost based on the modification of contracts. The truck was rental Enterprise and they were only able to fit 3 quarters of our furniture, etc. Onto truck. The staff had NO experience.
They were a complete nightmare. The first invoice was $3700, FOUR (4) times higher then what was quoted ($900. /-). They extorted the final payment out of us by refusing to leave without payment or else they would keep our furniture. Never covered any furniture with moving pads. No idea how to re-set-up our furniture. Left 25 % of our goods at previous house. Total thieves, corrupt, liars and scam artists.
