Servers at Cari.net have been hacked and sending SPAM defaming our company. We have tried contacting them for 3 weeks now via phone and email and can not get a response or any explanation. We have done everything possible to try and resolve this issue however Cari.net will do nothing. They don't seem to even care that all of this spam is being sent from their network, and it may even be someone within the company doing it themselves. I have tried contacting their abuse department which as far as I know doesn't exist because there "never there" when I try to call and also calls and emails to their President and officers have went unreturned.
Being a hosting company, you would think they would be especially sensitive to SPAM related issues, especially when they know it's costing our company a bundle as well as it's reputation. Someone on the Cari.net Network is sending spam which forges the from: address of our domain. They are in direct violation of all applicable spam laws.
