My father Thomas Olow is no the national do not call list. 619-460-9679. He was contacted by National Magazine E. For free subscriptions.

I requested online to each magazine to cancel the subscriptions. My father has a brain injury and has limited mental capacity. Somehow NME got my father's credit card number. Please help. Thank you.
