I initially bought this product since it looked like the most economical. Only after the transaction;while i was still inline, I notice there was no product/card there. I asked the cashier, he responded;"the card was probably in the manger's office" and had someone look. It wasn't until 20 min later & 4 people were looking was it described to me I had to "send away" for the card. No where on the front of the package is this stated.in fact, it simply states of a "physical" item in the package This product does me no good, since I needed the product now for a gift that night. I asked for a refund, the store told to contact the company and I now started my 24 day process of phone calls, faxes & no replies.
