I ordered 2 Juicy Couture Bags which advertised 15% discount. When I checked it out it did not apply the discount. I was charged for FEDEX, yet I received 1 of the 2 bags a month later.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and now they demand that I pay $700 for stuff that I don't have. To this day I have yet to receive my other Juicy Bag. I have called this place so many times. No one ever answers the phone.
I have communicated with them via email. Yet in their email response there is no name of whom i am communicating with. It sounds shady!
My issue is still unresolved.
