This company (Marketabilty Inc) is ran by a scam artist named Michael B. Hughes. Mike is no doubt a complete rip off artist! DO NOT do business with this company as you will be out about $12,000-$15,000 for nothing but a stupid "key letter" that is no more than a bunch of business's that dont even know Mike Hughes or Marketability. You also get a folder with actual stick people on it. You get a video of big fat Mike referring to you like hes a real tech guy. You get emails from him saying that hes knows your frustrated. You get promises of "zero" cost joint ventures when they really cost you $1000-$1300 a piece!
On his scam site you will see how they market themselves as "specializing in zero cost joint ventures" Well read on and you will find out exactly how Mike hughes and this scam company work. This post is 100% accurate so be advised.
1) This company advertises nationally and solicites people from these ads.
2) You the client think you have a good product to market.
3) Mike calls you and tells you he will evaluate your productand present it to his people for $500 and if he cant get you at least "two" ZERO cost joint ventures he will refund your money. Mike even refers you to a web site full of junk toys that look like they came from a fair or gum ball machine. Mike pretends that he is showing your product to business investers when in fact everything he does is in house. He doesnt show anything to anyone. Your worthless "key" letter is suppose to have all these potential business people. (You know, the ones that never hear of him or his scam company)
4) Two days later Mike calls you giving you congratulations for being accepted and getting two to three ZERO cost joint ventures. (Everyone get them becasue there is a catch).
5) Remember, Mike Hughes is a professional con man and has you on the phone for hours telling you how great your product is etc. Every thing that comes out of his mouth is a complete lie and sales job. Once he gets your moeny his whole tone changes.
6) Now comes the time when Mike tells you how much the packages cost. They cost from $1500-$7500. There is no difference in the packages as all get you the same result. NOthing!
7) Ok, now if you took the bait like many do you gave Mike your hard earned money. Now you get this junk key letter with names of business that never heard of Mike or his scam company. Mike even says not to be surprised by this as employees change (yah right MIke you lieing piece of spent whale dung)
8) NOW COMES THE REAL SCAM THAT LURED YOU IN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Its time for the zero cost joint ventures that mike lured you in with. GUESS WHAT? They cost you $1000-$1300 a piece? And guess what again? You must buy at least one? Mandatory? Wow, i thought that when mike was evaulating your product and showing it to his business connections that he found you three zero cost joint ventures? At least thats what he said to lure you in to buy one of his expensive packages? FRAUD, SCAM RIPOFF AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA LETS THIS GO ON.
9) Mike is suppose to represent you at trade shows as well.
What a complete joke! The first thing Mike does is send out his clients the same email that says " I know your all frustrated, etc..." What a lie, scam and a rip off. I have interviewed dozens of people that have been ripped off by Mike hughes and his make believe company and we are putting together a class action suit against him and his company. We already have dozens of people and are doing nation wide advertising to find more people that are afraid and embarrassed to come forward. I have interviewed people that Mike has tried to sue in court. I have interviewed people that have been threated by mail and over the phone by Mike for exposing his scheme. I have interviewed people that said Mike ageed to pay them back but never did and so on.
This Mike is a complete con man so be warned! Dont even talk to this man as he is dispicable. Mike hughes thinks hes a real player since he gets away with ripping off people. I guess the state of california can be put in the same class as florida and New york which are know for scammers. Way to go Califonia.
