Idol promises and altering of data plus fraudulent billing equals dissatisfied custome

My complaints are few and continuing to grow as the days go by. To name a few, I was the owner of a Treo 600 Smartphone until I experienced difficulties with the call log feature a few months ago. I contacted Sprint customer service and was advised to take the phone to one of your authorized repair centers located nearest my residence at 226 N. Market St., Inglewood, CA 90301. When I took the phone there for service, the first representative initially stated that I would have to pay
a $30 deductible prior to having my phone checked. This was before he accessed my account. When I returned an hour later to retrieve my phone, it was set to the "hard reset" position, where the screen was asking whether I wanted to "save or delete all data". After my inquiry of why my screen was displaying this info, the technician took the phone and pressed the Off (right red) button. At that point, my phone was useless and none of the buttons would function. I then took the phone to the 8808 S. Sepulveda location. They were unable to to restore the phone or retrieve any information I had stored on the Treo 600 and proceeded to give me an out-of-box Treo 650 and only a sync cable. This made me be without a phone for nearly 5 days. I have now, been upgraded to a Treo 700, but upgrading my phone to a newer version without having the nearly 7 years of data
and quality service is worthless to me.

Next, I purchased a Motorola Q which came with a $100 rebate. The rebate was rec'd by the rebate center on 5/5/07. I checked the status of the rebate online and it was saying that it was invalid. Now, the status has been upgraded to active and I've rec'd emails stating that the rebate would be mailed Fifteen (15) business days after 6/4/07 which would also be Twenty-One (21) calendar days. However, that date has already passed.

Furthermore, in the month of May, I spoke to a representative at your Canada Call Center that promised a $50 recurring credit though-out the life of the contract on 4902 line for the inconvenience of having an astronomical amount of dropped calls and prior poor service. I've since paid $167 on my previous bill without the promised credit. I viewed my account online and saw that the charges were never adjusted. When I called customer service three weeks ago, the representative stated that she did see that there was to be a $50 credit applied each month until the end of my contract on the 4902 line. After another week, I again checked my online account to see no applicable credit and called again to confirm when the adjustment would be made. The representative stated that the credit was in the notes but not applied to my account, but that she would make the necessary changes to reflect the
appropriate amount to pay, being $73. Less than a week ago, I called again and got the same speech from another representative. Finally, I accessed my account via my phone to see that the charges were still unchanged. That same day, from 3PM until 6PM (over a 3 hour time frame)
I contacted the customer service department again, to no avail, and was told that the note indicating the $50 monthly adjustment was not found. Speaking to 5 different reps, 2 supervisors and 2 reps from retention, I was informed of the same thing as earlier that day. Now I am being told that there are no notes regarding this promise.

This is more than unfair and now you subject my account to more than $600 per year over the next two years, which I am NOT willing to pay... Especially when my bill should be in the area of no more than $75 per month.
