Rachel Long - Cash Expand Marketing
I paid $97 for 100 Pre Enrollees through paypal and I ONLY got 5 Pre Enrollees!

Rachel Longs, Cash Expand Marketing offers you different packages to order PreEnrollees for your Network Marketing business.

I purchased the least amount - $97 for 100 preenrollees in 90 days. I wanted to test her system out first before recommending it to my downline. I did receive an email from Rachel Long saying that my advertising had started.

A week went by and I received NO preenrollees. I email Rachel questioning when I should expect to receive some preenrollees and she responded suggesting I use hypertracker.com to track my results.

I didn't need to track because I had stopped all other forms of advertising to see if this works. I received NO new preenrollees!

I emailed her (because you CAN"T get through to her by phone) 15 days after and explained that I had only received a total of 5 preenrollees from her system and the time was 1/2 over. She responded saying she would rerun my advertising for 1 month free.

What good is that? Her Cash Expand Marketing system states you get 100 prenrollees for $97. It DIDN'T deliver!!!
