Taking $ up front before service with a promise of a shopping spree, then wanting more $ to get the spree & magazines. Ripoff

I received a phone call from this company promising a $1000 shopping spree if I ordered 3 different magazines. I ordered them and paid for them. I received a letter from them today telling me that in order to receive the shopping spree I had to pay them another $21.47. They have already gotten my 1st payment and I still have yet to receive any magazines.

I called them today, after receiving the letter. I was on hold for over 15 minutes, then it "conveniently" hung up on me. They even said in their letter that they don't offer refunds. I got screwed by a "company" that sounds so sweet on the phone and by mail. How many other people have beleived this story and paid money for nothing?
