Reapeated unauthorized billing

I have never authorized this company to charge my checking account.in fact, I had never heard of this company until I noticed the charges on my monthly bank statement. I have complained to my bank about this and the charges have still continued. This company has continued to charge my checking account even after explaining to the bank that it was an unauthorized charge.
