The company made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I overlooked it because I thought it was a bill payment. I received a late notice on my next bill, so I researched the earlier payment. It was more than the total of my bill and T-Mobile can't find any record of. I'm told to dispute the charge to my card with the credit card company. Even though T-Mobile was sitting on my money, they charged me a late fee for not paying them on time.
I've talked to six people in customer service and sent them the requested copies of my credit card bill. I've been ignored, so I'm giving them some free advertising on the internet.
