I went on the Funtonia.com website and it looked great. I also subscribed to their service with no attempt to download the songs onto my telephone. I keep on getting emails from the Funtonia Support team, and they keep responding back to me, please tell me what you're doing so we may assist you. I don't want them assisting me, I want a refund.
This has been going on for over 2 weeks, as I have a crazy work schedule. I would not recommend this website to anyone. They are a rip-off. I guess a lesson learned, looks too good to be true, probably is. Fortunately it was only $23.00 and some change so at least it wasn't over $100, as I am on a limited budget with lots of bills so this $23 would be good back in my account.
I'm going to check with my bank to see if I can file a fraud on this account. Does anyone have a telephone number for this website. Any information would be appreciated! Thanks.
