I Paid 500.00 For Credit repair and didnt do anything

I Was refered to a Jodh Arallono of Credit Management soulutions I was told for 500.00 I could get my credit fixed up so in fact this went on for over 10 months and still nothing and when i tried to contact him for a refund i left countless messages and not one call was returned and everytime i called all is i get is voicemail
