Nearly every day the people on my street have to play a stupid game thanks to the morons who deliver the Arizona Republic on our street. The newspaper delivery idiot apparantly delivers the papers at random: He/She neglects to deliver newspapers to the houses that pay for it and throws newspapers at houses that never subscribed and dont want a newspaper. We have to play a stupid game of swapping newspapers to try and make things right.
How difficult is it to deliver a newspaper to the proper address? We're not talking about building a nuclear weapon here, it shouldn't be that difficult! The house numbers are clearly marked and even an organization as retarded as the Arizona Republic must have some sort of list showing who is supposed to have a newspaper delivered to them.
Complaining rarely helps. You get connected to a call center which sounds like its in India full of cheerful sounding females with fake American names ("Hi, this is Stacey/Tracy/Melanie, how can I help you") who never seem to be able to solve the problem.
It's a real shame that the Arizona Repulsive is the only daily newspaper in Phoenix because me and most of my neighbors would switch in a heartbeat!
