Using images and logos without permission

Tree Magazine in Australia is running a feature on this busines who also own/host PsychicSenseco. Uk.

Kasamba/Psychic Seek had a website.com.Au in Australia and were using the image of respected Australian medium Charmaine Wilson to imply she worked for them to get people to call - she doesn't hasn't and didn't.

They also used the logo's of the anti cancer council and breast cancer - we have been verbally advised this is without permission - they have NEVER donated to these charities in Australia. The logo's disappeared after we brought this to the ACC attention.

Psychic Sense are currently using a cover graphic from Time Magazine who have yet to confirm or deny the endorsement.
