Federal Judge slaps Injunction on Julian Gumpel and all his companies, Federal Trade Commission has filed a deceptive business suit against PTI (Julian Gumpel) and all his holdings

This is for anyone who has done business with Julian Gumpel and any of his associated companies, I.E. ULC, IPA, etc.

On 10 January The Federal Trade Commission has filed a deceptive business suit against PTI (Julian Gumpel) and all his holdings. The Honorable Judge Lee of the Eastern District in Virginia has placed an Injunction on Julian Gumpel and froze all his assets and furthermore preventing him from doing any business
what so ever.

The injunction is a direct result of complaints from consumers and apparent violations of the stipulations stemming from Operation MouseTrap.

Anyone who has had dealings with Julian Gumpel should call one of the following numbers as the old number to PTI has been changed:

you can also call 1-616-940-1190 and ask for Rochelle. Rochelle is a para-legal for the law office of Stenger & Stenger. They are the firm that is in Receivership of all of PTI's assests. They will take your name and email address and send you information on the current situation.

A hearing will be held in Federal Court (Eastern District) on 13 March at which time the Court will decide if the suit filed by the FTC is to be upheld.
