I am writing this complaint to make the public aware of the fraudulent business practices, performed by steve patch, and kathy patch. Owners of vom haus patch. 560 scotchtown collabar rd. Scotchtown ny 10940.
They claim to be breaders and importers for top german shepherd show, working, and companion dogs.
I purchased a german sheperd from steve patch which was supposed to be a personal protection dog. This dog was supposed to perform all schutzhund tasks. When we received the dog, he was not the dog that was shown to us in the pictures given to us by steve patch. It was obviously a different dog.
When we asked steve patch about the difference between the dog in the picture, which was the ideal personal protection dog that we were looking for, and the basic sheperd that we received after paying him over $10,000.00 and received nothing but aggravation and never got the dog that was promised and paid for, he played dumb and couldn't come up with any answers other then, telling us that it was the dog from the photos.
The dog in the photos and the dog we saw in person were obviously two different dogs with different markings. The dog came without any papers, and no proof of heritage. He told us that the papers would come at a later date, which is not the proper protocol.in the meantime he has the dog, and he has our money. When the better business bureau contacted him, his only resonse was "no refund is due."
I just wanted to inform anyone that's about to do any sort of business with steve patch, to beware since he is nothing more then a liar, and will bring you nothing but grief and aggravation.
