I got screwed! I am still waiting on some kind of closure! Ripoff

I think I just about have everyone beat. I sent a check for my daughter's poem to be published in August. I am still waiting on it.

I have sent several e-mails and after I threatened legal action, a woman by the name of Edna e-mailed me back with a snotting remark that I was complaining. A DUH!!! She told me that in her system it showed I paid and that there was a delay and that it would be out in 8-10 weeks. This e-mail was on August 22!!! One year later! It is now January!!

I am still fighting this woman and this god forsaken company. I even turned them into the BBB.

I am not a rich woman and I usually don't buy things like this for my daughter, but I thought it would be unique. Sure was, will never do this again!!!
