Calls themselves professional does not know what it means ripoff

Visionary Marble & Tile gave me a proposal to do pool pavers based on a number of square feet of product at a certain price per square foot. I furnished pool pavers and VMT was to furnish everything else. I realized that after paying them for the complete job that I had never purchased the quantity of pavers that they got paid to install.

VMT refused to give me back the overpayment, which was over $5,000.00.

I based my decision to use them due to the fact that their Square foot price was the cheapest of the proposals that I received from three companies.

The moral of the story: cheapest is not always best and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pay anyone before the job is completely done!
