Rob Lochner and his partner Jeff Shaw run a model agency called Krome Model Management Inc. This agency and the ones that run it are engaged in deceptive practice and are frauds in every worse way imaginable.
They lure hofeful models in by their client list and the promise to secure work for you.in most cases they manage to swing a job or two for the model.in other cases the model books the job on their own merrit. However, the jobs pay a very good rate and most cases top rates. The client of course will make good on paying the agency. However, the crooks that run this so-called agency will never give the talent one red cent.
The have many complaints against them with the BBB, Consumer Fraud Bureaus, New York State Unpaid Wage Division to name a few. They refuse to give out their location until the last hour of your appointed appointment. Their office is illegally run out of a residential space and is located way up-town. Mind you they don't have a license to run a business or to take money as commission.
They will ignore all court orders to make good on bad debts to unpaid models and still seek out other victums to rip them off.
They have now diconnected all numbers except a cell phone that you can leave a message on and they will call you back. There is no out going message on this number. But they consider themselves a legit business. If you search the web, you will see numerous complaints on these guys.
They are fully aware that they are in a serious situation and do not intend to make good on any debt. And their current actions or non-action has proven this. Contact them through their lame web site and you will see they will be extreamly vague as to where they are and giving out any BASIC information any legit company has no issue in doing. Try them and see.
