Did not give refund for returned items Ripoff

I ordered a two month supply of one day diet (order number *) and returned it because I was already on auto-ship. I ordered it on 05/04/06 and returned the product unopened on 05/17/06 and did not received a refund of the amount that I paid ($189.90).
