Ripoff wedding ring nightmare

The owner (Goutam) of Millennium Jewelers is a con artist. My wedding ring is a joke. One of the most important days of your life, and he took advantage of us.
My wife and I went there to design a unique piece, and ended up getting a flawed piece of metal. We started talking to them 4 months before our wedding, and had a design all figured out. At first we wanted to see a wax model, which the owner had no problem showing us within a month. A month came up, and still no call. We stopped in, and he said the ring was done. I was confused, since we requested a wax model first.

He tried telling us that the designer just wanted to complete it, and that he gave us a bigger diamond. When I tried it on, it was too big, and the diamond and design weren't correct.

This was a tension ring, which had a unique cut-out design. The cut-out was rough, and the diamond was not centered. He told us he would call us in two weeks with the changes. We never got a call. So we stopped in.
Can you believe this, our ring was in the glass case for sale. When we ask him why, he said it was because he was making us a new one. I asked why he didn't call to tell us this, he said he was just about to. We are now only weeks away from our wedding, and no ring.

He then told us that he would call us when the ring was ready, and my wife said, "Don't say that" "You've nevered called us when you said you would"."We'll stop in".

When we came back two weeks later. Goutam wasn't there, and the assistant didn't know where the ring was. When she finally found it, it look exactly the same. It's like he stuck it in a cabinet until we returned. At this point we didn't have a choice. I needed a ring for the wedding.

After our honeymoom I was going to go down there to talk to the owner, but the business was closed.

Now, my diamond has fallen out, and every jewelery store I go to are saying that there is a flaw in the ring, and the diamond will always fall out. I'm not a happy. How do guys like that get away with treating customers this way.
