I ordered products from spagere' and did not receive the shipment tracking information on their website as they instructed.
After waitng more than 30 days I emailed the company and was given a response of "I will call our shipping department and revert ASAP".
More than 60 days passed and still no order or tracking information.
I emailed the company and this time was told that "shipment returned. Please reverse the charge sent via blackberry from t-mobile.
So rather than refunding my credit card, I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
This type of Company is what drives up the cost of banking services.
