Last month, I noticed a $9.00 per month deduction from my bank account. I hadn't purchased any Items for $9.00 and I was unfamiliar with the name, " WLI*RESERVATIONSREW ".
Upon further research, I found that there were a total of 4 such deductions to my bank account in the past 4 month's, and all had escaped my attention until now.
I searched Google for that name, and reservationrewards.com came up. I entered their website and found their phone number.
When I called, I was greeted by a friendly and courteous voice. She took down my name and information.
Then she apologized on behalf of Reservations Reward for the inconveniences, and told me I would recieve a full refund, credited to my bank account.
About 4 weeks later, 4 $9.00 deposits were placed into my bank account. No problemo!
