Howard Lawrence Woods III owes me $13651.00 after promising to give me a low interest rate on investment properties. He first got me refinanced on my house, then tried to take all of my money. When he could not get the interest rate on the properties, I would not go through with the deals, and he has yet to return my money. Please beware of this man, he is very dishonest and fraudulent. He has ripped-off many for thousands of dollars.
