I had the whole house cleaned by this company using track mounted equipment. After 4 weeks I found oak staircase was damaged by the technician puling the houses over the staircase carelessly. I am sure that the damage was caused by this company because the scratches are colored blue by the blue hoses of the cleaning equipment. I called the company and they refuse to take responsibility. They were not even wiling to look at the damage. Actually, they hanged-up on me.
