The machine isnt working

Criticism is i requested a cctv security-system which drop-shipped, h.D. Halis did their work of providing the products nevertheless when i e-mail jwin and protest, i never get perhaps a reaction or a solution... The machine isnt functioning and its own only six months previous... I'd like my money-back for this type of sorry item...
