City Wide Electric advertised lowest prices in town, senior citizen discount, #1 in customer satisfaction, locally owned and operated, fast 60 min service.
I am a senior citizen, a circuit breaker went out and I called them to replace it. They replaced two breakers and charged me $701.98. I called and checked around and found out the breakers only cost $10.00 retail. It took the technicial less than 5 minutes to replace the breakers.
Their advertising is false. They are not the lowest prices in town. They are not locally owned and operated. They certainly arent #1 in customer satisfaction. When I told them I was not satisfied, the vice president George Ketsoyan, told me he was sorry I was not satisfied but there was nothing he could do about it.
