After one year, Sealmaxx fell a little short of the 25 years. How about incredibly bad customer service? That may be due to the contractors they bring on board to sell the stuff but I have heard horror stories and I am in contact with homeonwers around the country on a daily basis. How about, once this product discolors or eventually looks like crap there is no possible way to remove it and the entire deck will have to be replaced? Don't fall into this trap, you will regret it.
