Fraudulent employment offer for non-profit foundation donation processors through careerbuilder WARNING TO EMPLOYEES & CONSUMERS ripoff

I am issuing this report for others to beware of the Scott Brown Foundation (www.sbrownhome.org) and their illegal and fraudulent employment offers abusing careerbuilder.com employment site as well as gaining private information from serious prospective employees and our resumes posted on careerbuilder. I have found that for a price, employers (and those like Scott Brown who are false names and criminals) are able to get private resumes off careerbuilder acting like legitimate employers only for the sole purpose to get unsuspecting employees involved in what otherwise seems to be legitimate business as a donations processor only to find out the checks and money orders you are handling are fraudulent and done so well, that the processors have no idea until the banks later contact them and freeze their accounts and assets.

They also offer an employment contract (www.sbrownhome.org/HR/IC_Agreement. Pdf) which we have now found they utilize under the cover of many other foundation names which are not legitimate foundations either!!! The websites are top notch in everyway and the donation checks they have issued are the best forgeries I have ever seen down to the heat sensitive identitfication watermarking on the check paper. They are abusing real banks as well as made up bank names similar to small known banks and have a pseudo check processing center listed on the checks which in fact is part of their whole collaborative scam.

We have contacted the CEO & Directors of careerbuilder.com to this as well as banking industry and the FBI, but need to warn others how unbelievable this scam has bene planned out and all parameters established to trick and fool the average person who does not have the resources I did from my consulting business.

Also be aware of the following address which we received a US mail priority package from wiht one such donation check (BTD P.O. Box 7974 HOuston, TX. 77270). This address when ran shows under the State of Texas driver license information to belong to a Mr. Philip Duane Adams 815 Silver Spruce San Antonio, TX. 78232-2732; so I am assuming he is involved in routing of these fraudulent checks.

When we checked the routing numbers and account numbers at bottom of our donation check, they were for bank accounts at other banks in USA and not of the name which was written on the check face, because these scam artists know many times banks will run a check you deposit simply by the routing numbers and NEVER look at the name or if the routing numbers are from that bank until weeks after you deposit it and the bank's own fraud department realizes the check is no good nor is the issuing bank name!!!

Here is example of the offer I received from careerbuilder:

Scott Brown Charities part-time proposal.

Dear Steve xxxxxxx,

Scott Brown Foundation is looking for part-time (2-3 hours/day) recruits.

1. What we need from you?
We need the responsible and punctual person who will be taking care of regional donations. "Taking care" means to make these donations reach the destination point as fast as possible. No delays. This is so because the donations are coming to a place where they are really needed this time. If donation is late, the charity action may not be performed at the proper time. That's why we require the punctuality from our applicants.
Must be fluent in English.

2. How does it work?
You will be receiving tasks daily (in mornings) by e-mail. The task should be completed during the day. You shall dedicate 2-3 hours/day to complete it. If the task could not be completed this day you have to warn me 1 day before. The task will contain information on current donation passing through your hands. You will receive all details about where this donation is coming from, how to handle it, where it's going, and how to make the transfer of it. Excellent written communication skills required.

3. Your salary and employment.
You will earn 7% from every donation you process. We also pay all the expenses and financial charges if such occur. We guarantee you will make $500 for the first week if you process all donations on time.
Must have the ability to respond to questions from general manager, service manager, vendors, customers, and the general public.

If you feel interested in this proposal, please reply to this email asking any questions or giving comments.

Best Regards,
Dan Sutton
