Did not deliver books that were paid for

My sister in law and my daughter ordered books from someone who came to the door. 60 dollars later she recieved nothing until 4 months later then has recieved only 1 book out of 6 that she ordered and she is not even she that was one of the ones she ordered. We live in Oklahoma and when she got the book yesterday I went online to try to find the company to ask about the other books. I have yet to find anything but this site. The name that appeared on the return address is MFS Book Fulfillment Department.
