Started with an order I tried to cancel, the next day they say they can't do that its already went to shipping. Ok, I wait for it to come by regular mail and march it right to the post office. Returned it as "refused package delivery".
Now the fun part, try to order a printer from catalog, sorry not enough open credit. I have to wait for return to clear.
Call them on an almost daily basis, they say it can take up to 3 weeks to credit my account. Funny they can "debit" the account in a second.
Now my statement comes out with a new charge for "Safeline", the account protection program I was offered and said NO to. What part of no does Fingerhut not understand.
Another call to customer service, I would email them but that aint working either, the email address is bogus. The lady says, "No problem, we will credit your account." I asked her if that would take 3 weeks also.
I can only hope that if and when my printer arrives it isnt in a million pieces or the box is empty.
