Ripoff dishonest fraudulent licensing agreement

Intromark signed a licensing agreement with us in June.

In this licensing agreement another company wanted to see our prototype and video that we made about a tool we invented, and in 90 days from the signed of this agreement we were to be paid $1,000 dollars. For letting this company look at our prototype and video and do research about our tool. The 90 days came and went and we received no money we also found the address of the company that wanted to see the prototype was not a correct address, and we could not located this company or find an address or phone number at all for this company.

Now Intromarks will not pay the money nor will they return my prototype or video or any other information that I provided about my invention. They also claim the prototype was lost, and wanted to make a copy of it. We contacted the BBB and reported them and according to a letter then sent the BBB our prototype is now in South Korea.

Please beware of this company.

We are looking for anyone that has a bad expereince with Intromark or ISC.

We are looking to do a Class action lawsuit against Intromark...
