Remax Select represented me as the buyer in a condo purchase transaction. The agents were attentive until I cancelled the purchase transaction after learning that my Remax Select agents failed to disclose pertinent defects about the condo complex. They failed to immediately alert me of the defects or the possibility of defects that they knew would compromise the funding to close the transaction. I was eventually told about the defects by the lender that denied my funding. Once, I cancelled the transaction and requested a refund of fees from my agents' office due to their purposeful failure to properly represent and disclose information to me, I was forced to represent myself. I had to execute the purchase cancellation request and paperwork on my own to get things done in a timely manner and to ensure a full refund of my deposit.
Ultimatley, my relationship with Remax Select resulted in a loss of $235 dollars and my trust in real estate professionals. I worked with Gwen Nguyen, Richard Lopez and Gary Howard and highly discourage anyone to trust a Remax professional.
