I ordered coffee from their web site which was on promotion at the time because I didn't know if I'd like the coffe or not. Their moto was: cancel at any time with no charge. Anyhow I waited for the coffee for like two weeks after I first ordered and after they charged my credit card, only to have UPS leave me notices that they couldn't deliver because the shipment requires signature. I couldn't sign for it because I'm not at home at the time the UPS guy comes. I called the company (Boca Butler) and ask them to cancel my membership, meaning don't send me any more coffee, because the delivery method doesn't work for me.
They said I can't cancel, I have to order one more time or I'll be charged $20.00 on my credit card.
What a ripoff
