I am writing to you about the LEAN LIFE PM scam! My bank did refund the money, but could not collect it from Lean Life, so the bank removed it again.
This company has not returned any of my calls or emails.
Now I have thought of sueing them in small claims court, because I live in Southern California about 1 1/2 from Ontario, where I would have to go to sue them. But who knows if they even exist at the 2060 E. Francis Street address?
I do know these people need to be stopped.
I never signed up for these pills. Their site was connected to another site where you could enter to win a free IPOD, (they are linked with the site totallyfreestuff.com) but first you would need to try out one of the sponsor offers, like a credit card, magazines, or these pills, in which they would be free, and you would just pay the shipping.
They winded up charging my credit card $108.00 This is a total scam!
