Our company received a bill for 499.00 for advertising. It doesn't explain what kind of advertising. We don't know who this company is but we never did advertising with them. I suspect they are mailing these out to a number of companies. There is no Excel Media listed in Plattsburgh, NY and you cannot do a reverse search on the phone number. There is a #1 Chinese Restaurant at this address, so I suspect this is a total scam!
