Complaint Description:
Deborah Mihalko entered in to contract for the purchase a a female powder puff puppy. She stated that both mother and father have been health tested prior to signing of the contract. She also stated that she is actively showing all three of the dogs. She collect $250.00 for the puppy upfront and proir to the birth of the puppy. The female dog who this puppy was supposed to be born was supposed to come into season to be bred late August. She did not. Deborah moved and stated the reason for the delayed heat cycyle was due to the move... Which she did not inform me of nor did she inform me that would cause a delay in her dogs cycle. The dog eventually went into heat and was bred. I did not hear drom her for nearly two months after that. I informed her that Dec/January I would be moving, and did move. The day my services were connected I contacted her (January 3) and she informed me that the puppies were born. At this time she stated that if I still wanted this puppy that I would have to agree to additional terms. I did not agree with or deny these terms due to I had not seen photos of the puppy. I went to her website as directed by her to view photos of the puppy, her website had violated Terms of service and had been removed. I went to www.puppyfind.com to see if it was possible to get a glimpse of her with one of her available sibilings. What I found instead was a listing for the puppy for sale, the puppy Deborah and I had a contract for. When I confronted her with this she stated that it was only for advertising purposes, later she recanted that and stated that it was because she thought I backed out. I immediately began to question her intentions with this matter and I began looking into the matter more. What I discovered was: That she was not actively showing her dogs, nor had she ever shown these dogs. When I confronted her with that she stated it was due to the loss of a child over the summer and a divorce. After searching the intenet, I discovered that this was a lie also... She did loose a child... 15 years earlier. She later recanted that statement to it was due to work conflict. I told her she would be required to return my money or stand by the terms set forth in our contract. That her dogs had NEVER been tested for the herditary disorders that she stated they had been tested for and cleared of. When I confronted her on this matter she stated that there was no need to explain, she would send me a refund. She finally decided to return my money and void our contract, which I am in total agreeance in due to the fact she fraudulently misrepresented herself, her breeding program and entered into contract on basis of a lie. When I sent her the email that stated that I agreed to the refund, she responeded with the following:
"Excellent. You will receive your refund within 60 days of this date. Please do not argue with the time frame as it will make no difference to me and I will immediately delete all argumentive emaials from you. Such a shame that whatever phsychosis you are appearantly suffering from has deprived you of owning at least ONE decent dog. Life without a dog is like dancing without music. You CAN do it, but WHY? Refund my money immediately!!!
This isn't a professional breeder, she is merely a hobby breeder, which she should have disclosed, but failed to. When she is confronted about her fraudulent scemes and lies she tried to pull the pitty me BS, and then changed her story. Changing her story is apparently what she does best, aside from failing to disclose the truth.

Don't be a bitch. 60 days is acceptable. Money doesnt get rpdoced from thin air. YOU broke this cntract - not myself. I commited no fraud. You have suddenly suffered some phychotic episode for which i suggest you seek help.
Be my guest to file your claims. 60 daqys is acceptable by the BBB and most people would laugh that you expect a deposit back with no solid grounds.
I never stated parents had been pointed or shown
Versace was not misrepresented - neither was scandal.
You chose to back out because you are a backyard breeder / mill and do not want to show the dog.
Regardless of testing of parents which was not discussed, the puppies all have 4 year gentic health gurantees.
Your money will be returned within 60 days.
If you feel you must file something because your phychosis is leading you in that direction. Be my guest. I am sure the amusement will do them good, but
most liekly they will simply tell you to contact them if your money has not been returned in 60 days.
Any further threats from you will be considered as harrasment. Nofuture emails coming from you will be opened, but instead will be immediately deleted.
