I have been receiving calls from CBCS for about a month. This has prompted my interest in the reports from other victims listed on consumer complaints.
I would like to suggest that everyone who has been victimized by these parasites to ask the credit reporting agencies why they accept reports from a company that is obviously not legitimate.
What gives a company the right to report credit information? Don't these companies have some obligation to consider the source of the bogus reports?
If people are receiving no satisfaction through CBCS, which is understandable since the company apparently exists to rip people off, and none through MCI (another rip-off company) and the other phone-related companies they allegedly represent, why not appeal to the credit reporting agencies?
