I have tried to contact these people when i became a paid member i was unaware that i had joined months ago was even on a different isp the day they activated my account i had no mail waiting nothing.

I have to figure out whats up on my own there was this lady on the nonpaying acc. I said ok ill just login on the paid acc and write her name in it comes back no such person ive tried atleast a dozen times to contact these people
