I am a freelance web site designer and was employed by Fifth Avenue Video and More aka Fast-Comm, to design a web site for their company on an agreement/contract. They had broke the agreement/contact which made them responsible to pay me the remaining total amount due which I haven't received.
Before designing the web site at their place of business. I was also a customer, I had paid for 3 custom computers over a 7 year span. I have seen them rip off customers, when they order their hardware to build a computer for a customer/s they also order hardware for them and put it on the customer/s bill. The customer is not only paying for their hardware/completed computer but is also paying you this company's hardware/software as well, either at full or half the price. So the customer/s do not see a big total amount due.
As for the warranty, it took me 3 months to get my hard drive back and when I got it back it was a dead hard drive. They ripped me off: By not paying for my web site design services, for a dead hard and they are ripping off their customer/s. When I attempted many times for payment I was ordered not to step my foot in their door, no phone calls, no emails and to take my computer someone else for repair. They also provide Internet and Hosting services. Aka Fast-Comm.
