Ordered 5 landscape light fixtures and assundry installation aceessories on August 9. Package delivered by UPS on August 31. Two fixtures were missing all internal components (shell only) and one fixture's glass lens was not attached. Two other parts were missing completely.
Contacted the company immediately via the web (the only way they will accept a customer service issue). I received an email reponse questioning my honesty. I then repsonded and finally received an email on September 6 that they were sending the replacements.
When I did not receive the parts by September 28, I emailed the president of the company, George Kalta. He emailed back saying they would not be shipping the replacement parts. I then responded that I would have no choice but to challenge the payment via mastercard. I then got the same crap about suing me for slander, etc.
The Los Angeles Better Business Bureau has received 45 complaints about this company - all similar to my experience - in the past 36 months. Beware
