I purchased a male chihuahua from Lisa Grey on June 10th. I picked the puppy up from the airport, and directly from the airport I took him straight to the vet clinic. He was missing hair, so I wasn't sure what was wrong with him.
He was diagnosed with demodectic mange. I had a contract with Mrs. Grey that I would recieve a healthy male puppy. Free of genetic disorders. I called her from the vet clinic to tell her what was found.
She told me that I could keep the sick puppy and that she would send me a new puppy free of charge. It is August 1st 2005 and still no puppy. No partial refund either.
I have emailed her and called her several times, and she would ignore me. I think it would be fair of her to either send me the puppy she promised me, or send me some of my money back.
I have kept every single email she has written me, let alone every email I have written to her.including the purchase agreement, and all other paper work that came along with the puppy.
