I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down yet? They are ripping people off left and right. It starts as a trial membership offer that was refused. There may be other ways? All I know this charge came up and it is in error.
We called and got the run around from AP9 membership on how they obtained the credit card info. Still no word on that. GM is refunding $49.95 - the amount AP9 charged luckily.
How many times have they charged other consumers w/o their knowledge or consent? I am sure it is in the hundreds or even thousands!
AP9 yoursavingsclub is definitely a fraudulant company as is Adaptive Marketing LLC.
