Item was purchased online and recieved with guarantee that it was exactly as pictured. It was not and they refused refund, exchange only.
So it was sent back and time went on (more than 1.5 months) and no refund. Contacted them and they didnt remember the case and said i had no authorization for the return. I have the email with authorization code!
Still dealing with them and the credit card company - Very uncooperative. Dont buy from them: pictures are not of the exact bag, policies arent followed. You'll lose your money.
