I submitted an order to sextoysupersale.com about two and a half months ago and paid by credit card. I still have not received the order, but have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
I tried twice to contact the company, with only an automated email as a response for the first complaint, stating "one of our representatives will be in touch with you soon." What a crock. The second complaint got no response whatsoever. Even the BBB can't get ahold of them.
Upon sifting through this site, I found that passionshop.com is also the same company, at the same address, with Jami Sidell as the "owner." Please be forewarned and don't get sucked into this ripoff website. They've already got my money and I'll be fighting to get it back.
