I will be there to get what I owe you and expose your scam to everyone you and I know. I am going to make sure that I let all of you past clients and future clients know about the kind of a scammer you are. I will of course keep it all within the law and completely legal. But I sure hope that you don't think that you can go around taking people for their money and services and then cutting them off and acting like we never had an agreement and expecting them to work for free and to invest their time into your company products and services. As you will learn in court that we do have an agreement that you have broken with me and all of your clients. I am going to call Reggie myself and all of your partners ect. And every one they know to find out if this scammed of yours has been pulled before. I sure hope you do not have any dirt out there because we will find it.
I came from a muliti - million dollar family that knows allot about scammers like you trying to rip people off for their money and time. I have talked to my family about this and they can not believe that you would try to pull off a scam so blatantly as you have done to me and some of your other customers and clients. This is not a very good way to treat people. If I was just a reseller of yours then I would have been on the reseller program that you have and you could have faxed it to me and had me sign in a matter of a few seconds, but I was not just a reseller of yours, you said to me that you would charge me a flat rate at 90 per sale and I could mark up the price from there and that's what I would get for being your partner and investing my time and helping you fix all of the bugs that your system has. You wanted me and asked me to do everything that I have done to date because that was agreement that we had.
You truly are one of a kind. I will be contacting the media in your home town as well as here is Seattle to let them know about your way of business, false advertising ect... (Selling people stuff that you did not have and could not support) You think companies just go out and invest into a product and a services and then have it turned off on them after one month after having a web site development team working weeks on adding everything that you told me. (It is in your email asking me to do this) if we were trying it out then why did it cost us money? Everything you say is a lie, we can not trust anything that you have told us as it was all false dreams and hopes. We will be filling a lawsuit against you in Washington State and KC and will forward all infomation that we have the attorney general to look into your company for any illegal activities, false advertising, and pulling your scams that you may be conducting. I have assured them that they will find a few things that did not look legal after I had gained access into your infomation. I will then be filling another lawsuit again you in your state and maybe mine for a different reason that you will find out when I am there next week.
I am already on the phone with quite a few of your past clients that just had this happen to them as I did as a customer of your product and they feel the same way as I do. I am sure that they will join in on the lawsuits to follow against your companies! So before you plan on ripping people off and scamming people then you should have never given them full access to all of your contact infomation and your entire system. Maybe you should have told all of us your plans while you were selling us your product and making promises to me and them about how we could use it and have you host our candidates database and how great your system was and what wonderful things that it can do, to me this looks like you and Reggie just scammed everyone out of thousands of candidates and thousands of dollars of contact infomation all with the promises that we could use it. We it does not work and I am sure that it never worked like you told us all. Looks to me like you are trying to build a company off of our infomation that you have stolen from us by cutting out our access to our contacts ect...
I have copies of everything that you showed, told me and sent me and all of the screen shots of all your system, thanks for the tip on that free screen shot software it works great!!! If you would like to make this easy send me a simple check to me and everyone else that you have just ripped off for all of our investments, time, money into your company and your broken promises and then we can call it a day, if not there will be plenty more to come. I have stopped everything that I am doing and am now focusing 100% of my time, resources and energy on the getting to the end of your scams and rip offs so that it does not happen to any other business people. I am planning on working in KC from the next several months, my VP has a house their. SO feel free to get in touch with me if you would like to resolve this problem if not I will assume that you are not willing to be a man. I have already made reservations at the Wyndham Garden Hotel for all of next week, I hope that you can see that it will be better to treat me fairly than to go through with your lies. Mike S

I am getting "other powers" involved from my side. They need to know that you have spent time and money. I know you have. I would suggest you not to spend any more.
This is not going to be very pleasing to your eyes nor your brain. I've just returned from our 1st quarter board meeting. Of course, many things were discussed and one of the results that is going to impact you/me is HRpal is going to cease all reseller activities at this time. HRpal has struggled over the past 14 months or so and resellers have not been producing for us. The main problem, of course, falls on my shoulders because I never fully defined our program as it should have been from the
start.
Not only did I not define it as it should have been, but now that
things are quickly changing for HRpal (as a result of our recent acquisition and new president), what I had developed has become obsolete.
The board voted against me and agreed to discontinue everybody until a realistic plan is put in place, defined, tested and proven. We are probably looking at the end of the summer before that happens.
Next bit of devastation... The board has agreed discontinue marketing and servicing 3rd party recruiters, recruiting firms, headhunters or staffing agencies of any kind. HRpal's new direction is toward the HR market, exclusively. I'm not entirely sure how this is going to play out. We are going to keep talking about it. We have scheduled another meeting for March 15 and our new president is supposed to offer a plan to phase all 3rd party
recruiting customers out.
I am so glad your business does not depend on HRpal and I glad we are not further along than we are. At our meeting I mentioned you, your abilities and your enthusiasm toward HRpal and our products and services. Nobody seemed that excited about what I had to say.
I am going to refund your original $99 and call it quits. You will not see anybody from our company next week even if you come
to Kansas City. I am going to alert security at our building facility as well as at the workshop venue. I am also going to notify my buddies at the OPPD and have a restraining order issued. You would be making a bad choice to visit me next week or any other time here in KC.
My suggestion to you is to let this one go.
