It took a while for me to post, I was too embarassed to discuss my loss of over $4000. After reading all the other complaints here, I finally got the nerve to post. I like all others here, have been scammed by PEG.
I met with them in Sept. I was told of the great network they have based on the position they filled. I was told my salary would increase by almost 20%, with a sign on bonus of over $5000. To pay my fee seemed like a good deal at the time, considering they had the hidden market connections to these unadvertised jobs.
As I sat there with my wife, Jim, just kept the lies coming. I would be employed in 2-3 months tops, with this great increase and sign on bonus. Well, it all turned out to be bogus. I got old lists, mailed my on resume, (which was filled with misprints), and wasted months of my time in hopes of getting that call from their connections.
BBB, has been very helpful, they informed me they are currently working on at least 7 other current complaints. BBB recommended me to report to consumer affairs, and other agencies. I have started the process, also got some great contacts from here and yahoo group.
I would warn anyone who may get a call, or visit PEG offices, or meet with them at job fairs, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! They will verbally mislead you into signing the contract, and will not refund any money to you. This is unfortunate for all who have lost, do not become another victim of this company.
Based on all these postings, and others on the net, with no response or rebuttals, only proves how corrupt this organization is. Stay away
