RE: Complaint Against: Humane Society Animal Clinic

Date of Occurrence: Saturday March 12
Time: Approximately 6:00pm
On Saturday March 12 at approximately 7:30-8:00am I dropped off my two cats (Deymian-Boy & Dystiny-Girl), I made an appointment a week before to get there nails clipped, both fixed and both rabie shots. I picked them up at about 5:30pm and when I got home I noticed there nailed where not clipped. So I called back to the animal clinic and here's what took place.
Kerrie Resler: Animal Clinic.
Me: Yes, I just picked up my two cats and I noticed there nails where not clipped when I asked that they be.
Kerrie Resler: Hold on.
Kerrie Resler: Well on the sheet you didn't circle the option for nails clipped.
Me: Ok, well I sat and talked with the veterinarian for a long time letting her know all the services I wanted done today and she said ok. Now why didn't she tell me I have to circle it on the paper and that I can't tell her word of mouth what services I want performed?
Kerrie Resler: I don't know (very nasty tone), look the point is you did not circle it so do wanna reschedule?
Me: Excuse me? What is your name?
Kerrie Resler: Kerrie.
Me: Kerrie what?
Kerrie Resler: Resler.
Me: Spell your first and last name please.
Kerrie Resler: (she spelled it out very fast and nasty)
Me: Now who is your manager?
Kerrie Resler: I don't have one, I am the manager.
Me: So you have no boss or manager over top of you?
Kerrie Resler: Nope.
Me: Well, how do I get in contact with the board because your attitude is very nasty, inappropriate, out of line and your customer service skills are horrible.
Kerrie Resler: (HUNG UP ON ME)
Me: (I called back)
Kerrie Resler: Animal Clinic.
Me: Excuse me, how dare you hang up on me! I want the number to the board because I am making a complaint against you.
Kerrie Resler: Well that's totally fine, but I can't give the boards contact information out to anyone-sorry.
Me: Well I want to leave a message for you to get to the board regarding this situation.
Kerrie Resler: Yeah well, what's the message?
Me: My name is xxxxxx and my contact number is xxx-xxx-xxxx, that is my work number and I can be reached there Monday - Friday between the hours of 10-5. And im calling regarding you, Kerrie Resler. This is a complaint.
Kerrie Resler: Ok (HUNG UP AGAIN ON ME)
Me: Called back
Kerrie Resler: Animal Clinic
Me: You know you are really making your company look really back because the way you are acting is obscene and way out of line. I will be making a complaint.
Kerrie Resler: (HUNG UP ON ME)
Beware kerrie resler is a nasty incompetent person and if you can, take your animals somewhere else cause her customer service skills are worse than a animals. Someone needs to give her a rabie shot to calm her down
